HELL'S GATE

 Don't light yourself on fire to brighten someone else's existence. Majority of campus students have sink  into the depth of toxic relationship living in hell and left without any hope. 

Many have fallen into despression since they choose to be blinded by the power of love even when it is still toxic, it has  lead to death due to violence , some have contracted HIV from their unfaithful partners, while others drop out of school because of pregnancy and stigma. 

The toxicity between these campus couples can be noticeable at times since the victims are people who are close to us, the signs are as follows.

1.You feel drained after spending time with them. 

2.You are trapped in the relationship. 

3.They are jealous and controlling. 

4.They do not respect your boundary. 

In order to end this toxic relationship, one  should separate from your toxic partner, seek help from a therapist, rewrite your story, practice forgiveness and live in the present moment. 

Do you think anyone deserves such a   relationship ? Always learn to say no to a toxic relationship!.
